Cup Day Dining. Start with a glass of Moët & Chandon NV on arrival, then sit down to a special three-course spring menu: smoked salmon with potato scallop, celeriac remoulade, crème fraîche and roe to begin; a 200g eye fillet with béarnaise, jus and watercress, with shoestring fries and a butter lettuce and gem salad to share; finishing with chocolate pots de crème, double cream and lavender.
